Hey, I'm looking for a thick death metal font (something that would be used on a death metal band's album cover). It needs to be thick so I can make a blood patteren out of it.
I want something like Zombie Holocaust, but I don't want zombie holocaust.
Thanks! - Thick, death metal font?

That dear Swallow, is because it is the Kabel Ultra - stretched to the death. I'll never forget that one since Heron pointed me at it's existence. - re: Can anyone Help?

Hi all,
Can anyone identify this font? I think it was freeware or shareware, but my laptop died a horrible grinding death and I've lost a heap of fonts.
Any help appreciated! (PS movie was terrible...)
Thanks Jac - mystery font

After creating Super Befok I was listening to Manowar. Being a fan of the Kingdom of Steel I was inspired to make an edit of the font, dedicating it to the band. - re: brothers of metal, regular

This is a font based on the text used in extreme metal band logos. Created by Meztone Design http://www.meztone.co.nr - re: guttural, normal

Check out this site: http://www.slipknot-metal.com/main.php?sk=faq . Notice where it says "GRINDSTORE.COM". What font is that? Is it free? Where can I get it? I've seen before on a few websites. - What is this stencil font?

Nope. Anyway not as such. The brand is still there though. Mecanorma was bought ... when we were still young and ignorant ... by a Dutch company who kept the paper/office business but sold the letterpress business, that is the design licences. Anyway this is what I remember about the death of Mecanorma. Prety much the same as Letraset. - re: HELP

so many film titlers of that era made their own signwritten titles rather than used a font set[/quote:3eac2ffc45]
And they had to. Although not the hardest metal around :) lead is not that flexible! Ever thought of making up a lay-out like these in lead? You'll start drawing!
Personally I find the Brody (Briquet originally) somewhat plumb in this case.
