Character map is off
and zipped file signatur.ttf is not a correct ttf file

No wonder, Contains 0 characters in 0 ranges.
In reality the Signature Regular is nothing but an incomplete and badly made rip-off of the Brush Script.

Edit:
If you save the file and then open the thing in a font editor it opens. If you then save, it is suddenly alive. Be it incomplete rubbish.

But isn't it a copy of a Freestyle Script, instead of Brush Script?
That's how i had it, myself, in Regular, design is based on Freestyle Script Bold without the "shiny spots"
