That would be CK Maternal.

I searched the web high and low for the once-free CK Maternal font, and it has all but disappeared! I found only one place to download it:

http://www.azfonts.net/load_font/ck_maternal.html

I just downloaded it a few days ago and it worked for me. Enjoy!
