At the same time, we are young at heart and vibrant. We are a small Biotech company doing lot of high end R&D work. So you actually want us to propose any other typeface that should replace the Kabel? This is fairly a matter of personal taste - but this requires more involvement, and sorry, but I can't do it for free :)

I agree Ivan, based on this nothing can really be done. Requires a proper brief and ... time. For € 5000 it may be doable.
