Weird Blocky Font?

I am wondering if anyone knows what font this could be, it doesn't look familiar to me at all.

I found the bottom 'food division' is Times New Roman (Bolded) or close enough for me!

So I am looking for the QualiTech part.

would say that QualiTech origin was ITC Bookman Bold awfully distorted and tortured.
