Does anyone by chance know where to purchase this font for commercial use?

Or does anyone know of another font very close to it that I can purchase somewhere?

I'm Ola / Beyond Design. The website and e-mail addresses are long since invalid, unfortunately. However, Randi herself found this page and told me about it.

I drew this typeface about 11 or 12 years ago, in highschool. You're free to use this commercially - it is after all a freeware font. Should you wish to send me something anyway, contact me at ukiro@ukiro.com.

I made another version called Omicron, but after all these years I can't remember what the differences were.
