Please help me ID this font.

Does anyone know what font this is? I can't find it anywhere. It does not need to be an exact match, just something close. Thanks in advance. Amy

Well, if it's not that crucial to be an exact match, visit the Cartoon Department here on this site :) Lots of blocky wacky characters.
