Sorry, can't help really, as I'm behind an Apple. But have you made a program restart? For example Word doesn't update when you install new fonts while it is opened. After a new Word-start they are here.
In all other cases please wait for ... let's say ... Koeiekat. Our KKat is using Mr Gates machines.

and

i still have the zip files and unzipped if anyone has some advise, I'd appreciate it VERY much! I'm trying to get them to work in PrintMaster 16 program, the other fonts I downloaded do,,, just these 3 wont? Thank You
I've followed the directions on downloading unzipping and adding new font into my pc, but only 1 or 2 work... about 7-8 dont show up at all in my programs when I want to use them. They are saved in there and it shows up on the font list, but it's blank???
