The distortion is done manually, the base font could be something like FF DIN.

Yes, I agree with Schwalbenkoenig that some customization has been done. I would also suggest looking at the grunge category here.

Nice find McGee. It is the Boycott, 100%, and modified even further. There are that stop at nothing it seems.
