Some letterforms remind me of Kuenstler Script especially the l/c r, but frankly I think this is handcrafted.

I tend to agree with our Swallow. So many things have been altered here that it is very difficult to say which type was the basis for this. But the Kuenstler Script is not a bad guess at all.
