on the Porcelain
and ... Bingo.
Both are free fonts from Misprinted type.

that font is called Hurricane and you can download it for free on DaFont.com

"well im sorry to say hurricane is now a private font. go get yerself some real fonts at misprintedtype"

Maybe, Shelly, you should have read the comments on Dafont?
