Really hard to find? One of the most used and copied ones there are. The Serpentine. In your pict the Bold Italic.

Only hard to find Koeiekat - to the person who doesn't know where to look :-)

And it's a commercial font - perhaps they meant it was hard to find for free - which it is - because it isni't....
