Here it is called DS Izmir

It is also more commonly refered to as Samarkan

Both of which are imitations of San Skrit writing...

Meanwhile, someone has removed the line above to create this logo.

Simple. Open DS Izmir/Samarkan in a font editor. Delete the points you don't want ... et voilá.
