I am having DIY design studio built in Flash where people will create their own banners on screen.. Then we will take it and scale it up to print at asize much much larger than on screen.

We are using vectorized graphics.. So when we scale up it will be automatic

I need fonts that will do the same thing and whilst my programmers have yet to tell me what kind of fonts to get I want to figure it out now and order the ones I want.

Are all fonts vector based?? Or are their special ones that are?

Please help me understand...

THANKS

Usually all ttf, OTF or afp/pbm are vectors. Only the Pixel-Bitmaps with the .fon extension are not. (But I?m a cow in technical questions, maybe the afficionadas can help you with a more profound answer).
