This is Pussycat Sassy (From Font-a-licious) but it has nothing to do with the sample.

It looks more like Cooper Black italic by Oswald B. Cooper.

Close, c l o s e, c l o s e.
But, no. The dot on the i should be round and the s amongst others doesn't match. We will have to find a deriviate of the Cooper Black italic to match this thing.

To match the round dot on the i it would be a slanted version of Bitstreams Cooper Bold Italic I guess.
