I am looking for a font that looks like a postage stamp. In other words the letters have perforated edges.

Does anyone have any ideas?

Is Deco Stamp something you are looking for?

Yeah! Something like that! Maybe with the perforation around the edge of the letters themselves, but that is a really good start.
