If it where not for the 'R', there is one that would match and has been cloned under many names. Without claiming to be complete, and apart from differences in kerning and leading these would do the job:

Â¥ SSi and SSk fonts are all ripoffs.
Â¥ Broderbund same thing...but they had permission to rip off known designes.
Â¥ Not familar with Elfring - but I know Soft Fonts and they use to bundle up illegals
Â¥ FontBank is redigitized and renamed - not original
Â¥ Elsner + Flake are originals - however, they were late getting into the game and most of what they had in the beginning other type founders like Adobe - Bitstream, etc. were already offering.
Â¥ WSI was a foundry - most likely had the drawings hanging around from olden days...
Â¥ SoftMaker - ripoffs
Â¥ and I haven't a clue about Gerard Berner - but TQF stood for Typeset Quality Fonts - and personally, I doubt were original.
Ah isn't it fun how they killed all the professionals?
