hi. this is FAN, I'm new on this site....I've come here cuz I am searching for a font, and i'd appreciate it if ANYONE would help me.

the font that i'm looking for is in Adobe Illustrator, its called Bauhaus...But I searched here for the font of the same name, and it looks very different...

the font in Illustrator is embedded in Illustrator, meaning it cant be transferred to another software.....and i need it for another software.....so i am assuming it will be here but in another name.......

i am attaching the file where this font is. its on the bottom right, pink and lime green logo...that is the font i want....

thanks in advance to anyone who helps....

Oh no, the lime green one isn't the Bauhaus! It's the Farrier ITC and right away it comes with Illustrator.

If you've got a Windows-PC: Hit F3 and search your hard drive for far_____.pfb and far_____.pfm. Sureley you'll find the font files, then open the fonts folder in the control set (sorry, I don't know exact english name) and install the font with menu File > ...

Sorry, i've got only a german winXP.
And I've customised ist, 'cause I like it simple.

1. Search like this screenshot:

2. Now open the Control-Center, you'll find it in the start menu

http://home.arcor.de/ute_s/images/Fonts/fonts.jpg

3. Open the fonts folder go to menu File (in German = "Datei")

http://home.arcor.de/ute_s/images/Fonts/install1.jpg

4. Now find the folder where the *.pfb/pfm is located and Windows will show you the fonts.
