when ever i try to install a font by dragging, copying, or installing from the file menu, a window pops up sayig

The .....TTF file is currently being used and cannot be replaced, wait until windows is finished using the file, and then try again.

when i went to school, the same thing happenened

am i doing something wrong??

what font and where from are you dragging it?

ANY FONT DOES IT, I TRIED ABOUT 12

I AM DRAGGING IT TO THE foNTS FOLDER IN THE coNTROL pANAL

try dragging it into C:\Windows\Fonts instead of the cntrol panel
