The original font is BrushScript by Bitstream, only the à seems to be somewhat altered. The font is a commercial one, it is also delivered with the CorelDraw programs.
You'll find similar fonts here at abstractfonts in the free font section, category Script. The "Bankoli" is a good equivalent.
But the tail never is included in a font file. You have to create it in a drawing or painting program like the Corel or Adobe Graphic Suites.

like everybody i need help with the name of this font. a sililar font would work as well. important is this tail kind of thing (and the handwritting-style)
