Definitely NOT hand drawn...I know the font, just hold on it'll come to me lol..i'm thinking either from House industries or Font diner.

OKay I emailed the company who owns the website[URL=http://www.emilystrange.com/beware/indexmain.cfm]Emily The Strange[/URL] and they said that a designer made the letters into images and they put all the letters together...

However, I would go with Fontdiner Loungy because that is *extremely* close...personally, I don't belive the person who told me they were images, but whatever...lol
