Hello you font-identifying experts! I could really use some help identifying the following font. It's from the promotional materials (poster, DVD, etc.) for the movie "Enemy of the State." Thanks in advance for any help you can provide.

P.S. I tried myfonts.com to no avail.

No wonder myfonts did not work with something as fuzzy as this. Here 'The Eye' needs to come to the rescue!

Or Ute! Where are you??

Looks like BankGothic or one of its clones!

Might be the same font, but the edges look somewhat different.

Here's the link to the font

Have my doubts. The 'N' and the 'M' don't seem to match.

Looks like there's some kind of a 3D effect on the text. If yes, then maybe it is BankGothic. What's your opinion Kat?

[DEL]

The Maniac is right. It was Bank Gothic originally (it's the little "knife-cuts" and the end of the "s" that give it away). A simple case of stirring, smudging, whipping and all kinds of other assorted abuses, and you'll eventually have something along those lines. Good film, too.

(I liked this one)

I thought it was familiar, but couldn't quite place it. Thank you very, very much for the help! :D

The Abstract Fonts detectives have done it again! ;)
