Could somemone please clue me in as to how you get the fonts installed in say word or photoshop?

See my thread on the subject...I posted it so all basic installing questioning people will just go there and quit asking the same questions over & over. I'm thinking that people just look at the subject of the thread and don't look at the actual messages and that's why we get so many duplicates here, so that's why I named my thread 'if you want to know how to install fonts look here' or somesuch.
how do i download free fonts onto pc again...
