Hi there-
Octane's a relatively obscure face, and therefore it's highly unlikely that anyone will have cloned it and released it into the freeware domain. Besides, if you really love this font then you should buy it. However, I came across this little lovely about a year ago at C-Font called Camellia. It's remarkably similar in style.
That might be sufficient, but if it is Octane you want in all it's exactness, then I'm afraid you'll have to shell out for it.
Uprisingly,

Anyone know the free version of this font???
