There are probably more but "Sonic Cut Thru" comes close. You may, however, not like the A. Difficult enough though to find a sans, italic, with a Y like your example.
If I stumble upon another one I post it. May take a while.

Check out the serpentine family of fonts, unfortunatley not free, but that is probably what they used. It is great for sporty looks. Check the link below and look at serpentine bold. They more than likely did this in photoshop with a faux italic added on to give the extra lean to the right.
