That is the CG Lisbon. Equivalent is the Lydian.

Seems to be the Lydian Roman or Lydian Bold.

You'll find this font on a Corel-Draw-CD or look here at abstractfonts.com:

It is the roman or normal if you like. "lydinann" a Bitstream font (1990 - 1993).
