I know of this font but it is only the elvish script and not english so unles you have a program called talgwer it wouldn't work let me know and i'll post the link to both font and program to tranlate phoneticley. or if you find an elvish dictionary.
by the way the script on the ring isn't actualy elvish but a simalar from the sector of mordor.
