It looks like one of these tiny bitmap fonts, especially created for the screen.

the font is called silkscreen
Here's a link to a screenshot of the Holtine Client (version 2.0).. What is that font that is near the middle ("CONNECTED TO: [-0-] DOCKING BAY 94 [-O-]") It's the small font in white. I would like to know because I used to have this font and I love using it, but I don't remember what it is called. I think it's pretty common.
