Mar 24th, 2007 - This is Marcelle by Clement Nicolle from Stereotype.net. AF only has the swashes-weight available I think.

Oct 14th, 2006 - Try Marcella - it has the tails...http://www.dafont.com/marcelle.font - that was designed by a dafont moderator... Letters are weathered... or commercially Letterhead fonts makes one.
