Have you ever wanted to set a headline within a burst, but found the drawing of all of those angles was a bit too tedious? Sales Pitch JNL solves that problem by setting letters, numbers and punctuation inside individual sections which, when typed out, generates an extended burst pattern. For a flat sided pair of end caps, use the left or right bracket keys. For burst ends, use the left or right brace keys. A blank space is located on the equal sign keystroke, and a wider blank space is on the plus sign. Keep in mind the optical illusion in some program that shows line gaps between characters on the screen. All characters have equal sidebar settings, and are flush with each other. Sales Pitch JNL contains the basic A-Z and 0-9 characters as well as numerous punctuation. For a companion font with a more complete character set, use Prankster JNL, the same type design, but without the burst pattern.

Slightly grungy and blurred-edged combined with a thick stroke and a fat drop shadow. This font is eye catching in many ways!

This font was made possible by creating a custom brush in Illustrator. I started with a flat brush dipped in India ink to create the stroke. From a scan of that stroke I made a vector tracing which I then I altered as necessary to get the desired dimensions. The lower case letters have a thinner stroke than the capitals.

Ok, so many of you are now probably wondering if I am a teenager. Nope. But I was once, and I had alot of pent up angst like alot of other teens, and maybe this typeface is my outlet for what is left of those teenage days of mine. Numbers with Rings uses an OpenType system that allows you to generate numbers in rings up to 999999. You can even have ringed letters or letter/digit combinations. If your application supports OpenType ligatures, you can type letters or digits on your keyboard, and they’ll automatically squeeze into rings. First, select a ring which can hold the number of digits you want, then type the digits; the rest happens automatically. The "Line" style of "I am online with u" font family was inspired by the idea of the digital connection of two people living in different parts of the world.
