Ink Nouveau JNL is loosely based on the hand lettered title from a lobby card for the 1927 film “The Taxi Dancer” and is available in both regular and oblique versions. The design emulates a hastily or sloppily drawn Art Nouveau display font.

String Line is a loopy script typeface. Its elegant turns are connected to form spiral-like lettershapes. The typeface is designed by Måns Grebäck and supports many languages.

Ziggy Sans is my debut font, a straightforward headline typeface. It was devised from simple sketches and came together fairly smoothly, but very slowly. Each letterform is comprised of only two shapes for maximum consistency, and every letter combination has been painstakingly kerned by hand.

Think of Garamouche as Garamond's drunken cousin. This font replicates a long lost document ravaged by time and the elements (with a little sloppy printing for good measure.) Terrance Weinzierl's Terry Junior typeface is a perfectly imperfect design – one that retains the marks of the brush used to create it and harks back to the craft required to hand make letterforms. Originally drawn during a Monotype Font Marathon, Weinzierl later refined the typeface digitally – adding an Inline version and designing alternates that replicate the irregularity of real-life brush scripts. “It has a natural, cheery and bold appearance,” says designer Terrance Weinzierl. “It's young, but not wild. Linotype Fluxus is part of the Take Type Library, chosen from the contestants of Linotype’s International Digital Type Design Contests of 1994 and 1997. This fun font was designed by German artist Andreas Karl. Its wavy contours give the font a restless, choppy feel. Its relatively strong strokes make Linotype Fluxus particularly good for headlines.

As seen on Typophile.com, DTD Hefeweizen is a contemporary take on the textura blackletter style. Comprised of straight lines and angles sloped at ratios of 1/2 or 2/1, Hefeweizen is a highly geometric design with extensive alternates and ligatures.

This snappy little number was inspired by a PLINC typeface by Murray Fuchs called Erwin, which has been redrawn and improved for the digital age. Use Contextual Alternates to "bounce" the text, and Discretionary Ligatures to enable some interlocking letter combinations. Both versions of this font include the complete Latin 1252 and Central European 1250 character sets.

Decavision is a display font and is applicable for any type of graphic design, web & print, t-shirts, posters and logos. It’s not intended for text use or at small sizes. A font inspired by Division Of Laura Lee’s icon which was created by Shelby Cinca. The icon itself is inspired by early floppy disc copy-protection and Japanese fighting robot decals. Håkan Johansson picked up where the icon left off and created a corresponding font-family. The 1892 MacKellar, Smiths & Jordan specimen book featured this jaunty little face, designed by profilic in-house designer Herman Ihlenburg. Happy, hoppy fun. Both flavors of this font feature the 1252 Latin, 1250 Central European, 1254 Turkish and 1257 Baltic character sets.

Sporting a uniform upward slope in the letterforms, Diagond is a contemporary decorative/display typeface with hints of the seventies and Art-Nouveau. The font contains some alternative lower-case glyphs, as well as ligatures, and East European, Turkish and Baltic languages support.

Bolshy is a stroppy font whose x-height has got ideas above its station, it’s ended up being equal to the cap height. Bolshy doesn’t go completely Bauhaus, and although the boundaries are somewhat blurred, the distinction between upper and lower case just about remains intact. There is something slightly Cyrillic about Bolshy’s bulbous terminals, exotic shapes and condensed curvature.

Here we have a loopy and whimsical font called Wonky Kitten. Its crazy and unstructured form gives this font a mad personality while maintaining an air of innocence. It's perfect to use in book titles, children's and teen branding, as well as type for a poster or canvas.

Bannetters (Banner Letters) was designed to alternate two letter sets. Both sets are formed on parallelograms, with one set of parallelograms sloped upward to the right and the other sloped downward to the right. When alternated, the result is a zigzaggy line of text. In applications that support the OpenType feature contextual alternatives (calt), the two sets of letters are automatically alternated. The Bannetters family has two styles, one with straight outer edges and the other that rounds these shapes for letters that have curved exteriors. Both styles are largely monospaced and monoline (not to mention weird, strange, and unusual). The tiling pattern of text created by Bannetters makes it attention-grabbing and appropriate for signage, posters, advertising, and other uses where eye-catching text is desired.
