Faux is false or phony in French and Decaux is a spoof spelling of Deco, thus "False Deco". Faux Decaux JNL will still fit your Art Deco revival project and blends well with complimentary font designs.

As a kid I used to write my favourite football teams name with 3D letters over and over again. Praxis™ was designed in 1976 by Gerard Unger for the German technology corporation Dr.-Ing Rudolf Hell. Praxis is the sans serif counterpart to Demos, another early digital type designed by Unger, who is an accomplished Dutch typographer and teacher. The design of Candle Wax JNL comes from an original movie poster for the movie "Bell, Book and Candle" starring James Stewart. The oddly erratic letter forms conjure up ideas of spells, witchcraft and other things found lurking on dark moonlit nights.

Olde Nouveau JNL is an interesting Art Nouveau typeface based on lettering found on some vintage sheet music. It's name is a contradictory pun, since "Nouveau" means new in French, and Olde (spelled in the archaic form) is the total opposite of what the Art Nouveau movement embodied.

Obsession has taken me completely in its spell. I could go on forever creating new forms for this script. But I have other fonts to do, so this is as far as my obsession goes for the moment. There are six different cuts and all letters can be mixed.
