With all caps difficult to say. Did you look at the AvantGarde Light?
Could be http://new.myfonts.com/fonts/typotheticals/tzaristane/light/ although I doubt. Have you considered the obvious Helvetica Thin : http://www.fonts.com/findfonts/detail.asp?pid=201469 ?
It looks like Century Gothic, but it isn't. Help!
