...the grafx designer sent it to me app. 7 years ago. I only have this bad image. I'd like 2 repaint/redesign it but the logo is printed everywhere! So I can't change it - that would be like you change eg. the INTEL or COKE logo...

There are copycats of the Optima around. As there are copycats of almost any commercial font around. As free as a stolen Coke from your local grocery.

Schadow is a commercial font and thus not free. Like the Coke you want from the supermarket. A search would have brought you these alternatives.
