Hi Dani, this is the Goodfellow / Rugklacht. Goodfellow is now a commercial font, Rugklacht is free.
Edit:
P22 has a somewhat lighter version of the Goodfellow named Victorian Swash.

Oh Boy here goze,
The Bluegum font OPENED in Win2000 but when I tried to use it in Corel Draw (V10), it would NOT resize correctly. So . . . another search ensued.
Result:
P22 Victorian Swash for either $24 @
[color=tomato:7e815bc901]http://www.p22.com [/color:7e815bc901]for the font set
OR:
$14 @
http://www.myfonts.com for just the one font
Had to buy it because I needed it for a client. So anyone who needs a substitute for either Burton's Nightmare or PS Bluegum Forest that WILL resize correctly, P22 Victorian Swash is the cat's meow.
Meow,
Ellen

Hey, if you're a newb to font forums, at least you're not a newb to fonts. I'm always glad to find other people who appreciate them.
And I have heard of "The Sims"; it's one of my favorite computer games. (Have you seen the Sims fonts?) I like your designs, and I'll probably be DLing some of them.
If you were recreating Victorian adverts, did you see Bolton? It's beyond perfect, and freeware too.
Good luck with the perfectionist tweaking and your husband's film. I'm still awaiting your e-mail, but I'll be around whenever you get set up. :)

It looks like a dingbat or printer's ornament, perhaps a Victorian dingbat or fleuron.
