 Thanks, koeiekat, for the info, I got one step closer. They have diacritics, accents, whatnots for regular writing, but, alas, no phonetic fonts found as of yet. I shall dwell deeper into the site... gotta get my Hungarian dictionary outta the shelf first, though... Ben je nederlander of vlaams, misschien... alleen maar 'n gedachte...

I have tried to contact the company, but of course Almost everyone is off work this week. I decided to try here because not all of the fonts that have problems come from this one vendor.
The error message:
The requested file g:\Fonts\ lydian.ttf was not a valid font file.
this error message comes from my computer and the cd.
I fear that it might be a bug, bet everything says My computer is clean, as well as the file.
Do some fonts have a shelf life. I bought this one several years ago in a package of around 450 fonts.
