PXL8R is inspired by a character Leader of the Free World had created for an online comic we plan to do. Maybe when he comes back from Dubai? - re: pxl8r, regular

I scan it @ 1000 dpi, the image is only 1 inch across. I'll try to find a better version somewhere. I agree that it is a mod of a font, in illustrator, I plan to convert text to outlines, and work with that, but I still need a good jump off font.
Yeah, fontbat, that's the ticket... - re: Any ideas?

The deal is your printer driver does not support the font you downloaded. If you don't plan on printing your document, save it as a web document, not a word document, and the font should show up.

The main font used in the title logo came from you, and we plan to use a different one from you in our team logo! So your guys' help was quite invaluable!

Thanks for getting back to me so quickly.
So, I'm guessing you're not a lawyer, but i'll ask anyway. Say we go ahead and use this font without purchasing rights because technically no ownership was claimed... Years from now we're making millions of dollars on our products bearing this font (that's our plan) -- can the font creator come to us after the fact and sue for money? Do you know if there would be legal grounds for that? - re: Copyright for Auburn

Hi Everyone,
Found a font that will work as a sub for Burton's Nightmare that doesn't work for Win2000. It's "PS Bluegum Forest" and can be found at URL:
http://138.25.6.1/~wormwood/darcy/fonts/fontsalb.html
The previous sub offer I was given didn't work when I opened it as a font. BUT ! ! this one will. Love it when a plan comes 2gether.
Ellen
PS. TENX! for all your help

Alex, Thank-you for the info. I usually DO try to check the info from 2 sources... But what I'm not liking here, is there is 100% no way to see without downloading first what the license IS. Even with the ones that DO include a read-me... I don't suppose you'd consider including the "commercial? yes, no, ask, unknown."(yes, with a 'to the best of our knowlege' disclaimer) on at least future fonts you make available that DO have a readme? That would really help. Out of the fonts I downloaded yesterday, I ended up deleteing at least half. PS. Thank-you for making this site available. :) I don't plan to post here again, due to people who throw fits at grammatical errors that don't exist, but I do like the way you have the site set up, other than the lack of copyright info. :) ---------------- - re: Copyright?
