Alex,
I registered on March 30 with the username Schwalbenkoenig. But the most important part would be to restore Koeiekats postings as she was the most diligent poster here. ;-)

Hi,
Part 1: go to designers, select Dieter Steffmann and browse the fonts. You will find:
http://www.abstractfonts.com/font/12292
That was the easy part.
Part 2: I realy dont know and I am confused about the wrong shape of the H.
Bye bye

The upper part is the Galahad. The N is in the alternates.
The lower part looks more like a piece of dust on the scanner.
Next time Merrill, please only post the part of the pict that is relevant. OK? And, if you scan, why not put the paper straight? Believe me, that helps.

The name of ‘aguije Caiman’ originates in the “spectacled caiman”. They are one of small kinds of crocodilian that live widely from the northern part of the South America continent to central part. When we saw their peculiar shapes of this font, we obtained the impression like reptiles – specially crocodilian.
Then we call our font project ‘WANI‘. And we plan to give names connected to crocodilian to our fonts. Maybe “aguije Crocodile” will be born soon...?

I am looking for a font that includes the symbols you might see in a plant catalog for sun, part sun, and shade. Basically a simple sun that is empty, half-black, and solid black.
Even simple circles would be OK. I've seen them in commercial astrology fonts, but I hate to pay thirty bucks for such a simple thing.
Many thanks for any help you can give!

Keith Bates's Insecurity is demi-dingbat, part readable, part pictorial. It received a Commendation in the 2005 FUSE Typeface Competition.
Aiming to reflect the theme Security intuitively and eclectically, the font was compiled Pop Art fashion from Google image searches.
Quote freom Keith Bates: "This font is demi-dingbat, part readable, part pictorial. It was compiled Pop Art fashion using images trawled from internet searches, entering various expressions relating to 'Security'. The aim was to reflect the theme intuitively and eclectically, without concern for restrictions of copyright or weighty documentation. Its appearance derives partly from children's spelling books or alphabet cards, and partly from its ancestors, the Mailart Typeface and Mailart Graphics font of 2004."

Maybe you're right, maybe there is another one WITH the swashes,
but they are all too different on the letters to be part of an OTF font,
and in the meantime, it's obvious it is the right style of Old English
This time i tried the Becket
