Hi,
I have a Plotter Canon W6200 and I load often type of paper: photographic paper, common paper, adhesive paper..
But every time I load a new roll, it cut a piece.
I see instructions but don't show the way to avoid it.
Is there a way to avoid automatic cut at loading?
Thanks

Hi,
I'm one of the editors of a student paper, and our next edition is devoted to a comprehensive satirizing of girls/guys magazines. We want to imitate them perfectly, down to the fonts they use, and here is where the problem lies. We, as a non-profit, lowly funded paper, cannot afford to purchase the well-known commercial fonts they use. I was hoping you might know of free fonts which resemble these commercial fonts - we would be reaaallly grateful. The commercial fonts are: Minion, Glypha (this is the most important one), Falstaff, Kaufmann, Script, Inflex, Stencil and Wendy. Any assistance would be much appreciated.
Thanks, - Student paper needs help finding fonts similar to commercial

My sources had informed me that the font Tanek was supposed to be available for free from the French Paper Companies website http://www.mrfrench.com but it appears to not no longer be the case, instead Tanek appears to be available from the CSA image website http://www.csaimages.com which looks like it is affiliated to the French Paper Company in some way- go to the CSA Fonts link and you will find Tanek available for purchase there.
hope this helps
Mark

i am looking a font name that able to use in MS word type left side of paper, the type of font that you type left side on the paper and able to read from left without turning the page ... it's not the font that read from the top down, but left to right readable, i am not sure what to call or how to explain it better for not to confuse!!

Tophy, it has nothing to do with you. You know. It is not here but at LaLogotheque. You relay. Sure. But them there do not even respond to you for providing the solution.
Is that bad manners or is that no manners whatsoever, one 'paper Kat' wonders ... - re: Font ID Please

My apologies...I do not have the actual piece of paper. This was emailed to me. This is the best I can offer.
I am not very well educated in computer graphics. I am pretty much self taught. That must be obvious.
Again, my apologies for the crummy sample.

Thanks guys!!
They decided just to go with block text with a paw in front of it...oh well...that is what I get trying to be creative...people are always boring. When it is their own idea they tend to stick with it!
Maybe you can walk accross my paper next time and seal the deal! Never know could work!! : o) - re: Paw Font

OK, then, if I require them to send a font, as Alex said, how is it legal for me to use it? And what if they just bring me a piece of paper with their artwork for me to duplicate and it has a commercial font? I hope I'm not sounding argumentative, I'm just intrigued by this conversation. I really didn't have much idea about any of this stuff. - re: Help to ID this font

You're going to be on your own there- I don't know what program you use or your skill level.
I work 90% in vector graphics and I have a distress vector I created for that purpose since I had so many customers asking for the "Old Navy" look.
DynamicGraphics has a tutorial for Illustrator although I simply scribbled on paper, scanned it and traced for outlines. - re: Carpediem EF Regular - anyone have it or know where to get it?
