There are a few that are reasonable similar - yet no exact match.
Edit:
Compuworks, who issued the Delano is the only one who left the postscript name as was: Delphi-Medium.
The Crayon [Computer Support Corporation] is the only one with a complete character set.

Thanks for your trouble..."Jana" looks like the one...I'm going to make it be the one! I will read the readme file.
That's the nature of the embroidery business...crayon drawings...crummy scans...a lot of searching (trying to match a font) with hardly any info to go on...all for a friend of a friend of a friend................

Yes, I noticed that, too. Sorry.
Momscorner has it too. And Fonttrader lists it as Secondgrader. Maybe one of these work? Here it is told also as a font called "Crayron Normal" (...Crayon...?).
