Hi,
I'm trying to re-create a logo for a client he had made 25 years ago, and haven't had any luck browsing the font websites so far. Any thoughts on the ID?
Thanks much in advance!

squealer/squealer embossed or unreal come to mind...
also look through the fancy/horror or gothic/modern fonts at dafont.com.

Hi,
it's very close to Franklin Gothic Condensed ITC or Softmaker (SM) and might be a hand squeezed Franklin Gothic Condesed Bold. See the ITC Franklin Gothic:

But the URWPP Franklin Gothic differs to much.
Bye Bye

first glance i thought it was Copperplate Gothic Light (usually included with all win comps).. but i know they have those lines at the ends. i think there's another gothic font called Sackers Gothic.
if anyone wanted to know the script font, its font called Carpenter.

This has been puzzling me, at first glance it looks like a classic Swiss such as Helvetica, but it's got differences on the 'e' and 'a' terminals a bit like a modern Swiss-a-like such as Arial, yet I can see, especially from the 't', that it isn't Arial, it also looks a bit like Franklin Gothic but isn't.
My guess is they customised Helvetica but I'd love to know for sure
Anyone?
