1 matches view forum post #28588 ? Hello, I am trying to figure out what font (including style information eg size, style, etc.) Microsoft is using in the ribbon and footer of Office 15. A screenshot can be seen at http://www.winsupersite.com/article/office/microsoft-office-15-preview-142569. If you scroll down, there is a shot of Microsoft Word with a blank document and a collapsed ribbon and blue footer. In this screen, font (size and style) is being used in the header and footer? Thank you!
1 matches view forum post #15968 Stumbled across this, my apologies if a retread. Download the new Windows Vista fonts legally free. Download either the free Microsoft Powerpoint 2007 Viewer http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?familyid=048DC840-14E1-467D-8DCA-19D2A8FD7485&displaylang=en or the Microsoft Office Compatibility pack http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyId=941B3470-3AE9-4AEE-8F43-C6BB74CD1466&displaylang=en - both the software include the new Windows Vista fonts. The fonts are Candara, Consolas, Calibri, Cambria, Constantia and Corbel. HT globalnerdy.com

1 matches view forum post #20352 php/mysql is the fastest one (and open source), asp.net belongs to microsoft, and like all microsoft programs it will give you lots of problems and severe headaches. cgi/perl are not used for web development anymore(im sure there are people still using it), they are mostly used for server side scripting by system admins. Dont go in to the jsp unless you are experienced with java. So the winner is php/mysql :)
1 matches view forum post #6694 The second one looks like 'Eurostile Bold'. The second line is completely in this font, can't say that about the first one (e and a look different, might have been modified). It's a commercial font, in case you wanted to know! You can get the normal Eurostile font on Microsoft Typography site, but it isn't as good. Microsoft Typography Link to Eurostile Bold - [url=http://www.abstractfonts.com/fonts/search/full_listing.htm?kw=eurostile+bold]http://www.abstractfonts.com/fonts/search/full_listing.htm?kw=eurostile+bold Dunno much about the first or third, Tørnquist might be able to help you on those.

1 matches view forum post #8965 [quote:1376521bd7="libertyct"]i dont know how to do the metrices thing to check copyright info etc[/quote:1376521bd7] Goto Microsoft typography free font tools page, download and install ttfext.exe and you're done. From now on you can figure out yourself. You'll see that the Uptown font here on Abstractfonts contains no info on license, copyright or designer. You will also notice that the font can not be embedded.
