Do you know where I can download a free font maker programme, i.e. a programme that will allow me to create my own fonts and use them in Microsoft Word.
Peace, Leao

I really need those fonts. I am starting my own counterfeit sports merchandise business which will be a big black money maker.

Here is the bad news: Unless it is an apple only, which I doubt because then you would probably have known it, I officially declare this to be NOT a font. So it can be one of two, depending where that pict came from, it is the work of a signboard maker or the work of a movie prop maker. Whatever the case, my gamble is that it is based on the TS Montreal Bold. Provided some perspective distortions, mainly visable in the 6, only the 4 does not match. But since - to my believe - the font has been tampered with anyway I accept that modification. I firmly believe this is a modification because of the - extremely bad - kerning in the word MODULES. Did you notice the Grand Canyon between the M and O? Also, the way the M has been 'stenciled' I find a bit amateurish, with the 'opening' under different angles. But then, can a Kat judge?
The word MODULES can also be made with the Futura. Pick one that matches the 6 and it works out well. For the numbers though there is nothing closer than the Montreal which also works well for the text.
Here is the good news: Making a Stencil out of the Montreal should not be that difficult.
Edit:
I have overlooked one other possibility, it might be a type for CAD/CAM applications - like for CNC machinery.

No worries at all, as you say it's not all that much work, but I run into this bugger about a dozen times a year and haven't been able to locate it.
I think it's time I bought a font maker program and started putting it together myself.
any advice on a good font making program?
-cheers, carl

Nobody claims this font. There is no info whatsoever about the maker of the Ian Jude. Font vendor HL only means that the font was rendered with Font Creator. In this case Font Creator v5.0.

Hi,
Looks very close to Marker Felt Thin (Apple Computer Inc). Included with Apple's Mac OS X operating system.
http://www.identifont.com/show?EP7
I found the right (?) versions named Marker Felt Thin and Wide in my catalog/database with the following copyright information:
Copyright (c) 1992, 1993, 2001, Pat Snyder, 62976 Ross Inlet, Coos Bay, OR 97420.
But I can't find a source ...
The phone number should be Maker Felt Wide.
Bye bye
