The font Asia is a knock - off of the Anna ITC, made by Bay Animation Inc. (which is infamous clone producer).
The copy of the Tw. Century P. (Monotype Corp.) you have is an older version. It was forced off from distribution. Probably, the version which is sold now and displayed at the Identifont, is a reworked font.

myself if I need a logo for something and there isn't time to wait for ad agency or other to provide a logo I can usually recreate in less time than it takes to hunt down a font.
or I just get from best brands they have most major logos.
that's why I asked if the person just needed the vector logo.

i'm looking for a font composed of cool, hip, apple-logo-or-mac-desktop-like graphic icons (but not actual apple corp icons) that i can use for designing a website. i'm specifically looking for icons that i could use for chat, discussion, mail, home, etc, etc. the usuals. am i making sense?
i suppose this would be some kind of dingbat font.

Try the Courier-a. No accented letters!
If you need accented capitals search for the Courier from Digital Typeface Corp. version 001.000 1991. Much better made than the Courier-a by the way.

Close, but different (compare the a and g) is the original, the Gillies Gothic (Letraset) by William S. Gillies, 1935.
