1 posts view forum post #13415 ? Hi everyone. I made a layout months ago, lost all my data and now I need to work on that layout again. I used three fonts and I have no idea what they're called so I was wondering if someone could identify it for me? http://img293.imageshack.us/img293/5282/3fontsdi4.gif Any help is appreciated, thanks in advance!
1 posts view forum post #9380 How do you bookmark fonts, now? I haven't been here since the older layout and I'm totally lost!
2 posts view forum post #20153 I do agree with kelliv that the categories would be easier to use if they were alphabetized up and down instead of sideways, but I greatly appreciate them all being on one page, as well as the new layout for the designers, which I feel is much easier to use and read. Edit JB: Also, is there a way to keep the sidebar ads from jumping down the page? They can also be quite eye-irritating.
1 posts view forum post #5488 hey! i just noticed your subject for this thread... Thanks man! also, to make you love it even more, do you have any ideas? suggestions? for the layout? new features? anything?
1 posts view forum post #5286 Good idea! You can sell it on your site so people can look at all the fonts they have downloaded. The only thing though is I don't know how to program. I'm better at layout and ideas. Fontboy
1 posts view forum post #11583 That's difficult Angela. Which directions do you want to go? Serif? Script? Calligraphy? luxury? Show some ideas of the general layout and maybe we can help you (but no guarantee). In some cases the Emigre-foundry has some nice faces. Browse through their portfolio.

1 posts view forum post #8992 Not 100%, but the closest thing I can think of is the Grenadier. The E is a bit off. But as the logo looks like a neon letter - hand blown - you never get it 100%. [img:c49cb11a72]http://www.abstractfonts.com/layout/fp/7/3/2/2/7322.png[/img:c49cb11a72]
1 posts view forum post #13688 Yes, Koeiekat, I was talking about printed papers, willing to talk about newspaper layout and all that kind of stuff. I just don't understand how people are migrating to the digital version of daily newspapers, as for that; I can't read them, they are much worse in design as their paper counterparts and... well, you can't show your broadsheet having breakfast. Is reading a laptop – even a 17" Mac – as sexy? Don't think so.
1 posts view forum post #7795 Heya Everyone, I'm looking for some cool free "Icey, Icicle, Frozen" fonts. All i'm finding is snow covered fonts. Those are kind of boring. Can someone recommend some good fonts? Or can someone recommend a cool way to create an icy look (in a vector layout) with CorelDraw 11? Thanx in advance, Matt :D
