The real thing, Nicole, is the Laser. If it must be a freebee the Blazing Italic gives a sort of the same impression. But I guess you already rejected that one.

Hello,
I'm looking for suggestions regarding a font.
I'm looking for something with horizontal lines through the letters, thin, almost techy. The lines can either be random or consistent.
I suppost context would help, I'm looking to label an arcade button "heat vision" for the old Superman game. Definitely not looking for flame related fonts, but something modern and clean would be fantastic. I like the idea of the lines indicating motion or lasers.

Dood you rock ;-) Let me check! BTW, I thought that converting ttf to sfp or sfs might help but thats not the way to go. Plus I ran into: http://www.xywrite.com/xy3/print/xy3_printer.htm
but these .prn files for HP seem incomplete - the font is not there...just some info or parameters, and thats why I gope for conversion or something similar, to get the bitmap based version of the fonts.
Thanks again - if you find please anything let me! I've posted to HP support forum for HP laser jet II (or III) but no response - weird.
