well, unless you are ready to invest huge amount of money into buying all of those you should have the client provide you with the fonts as the should be part of the template.
all of those are undoubtably commercial...

looks very close to Tahoma (bold italic) with modified 't'
it is not it, but VERY close... depending on how desperatly close you need to get and amount of time you want to invest into doing so this could do.

Wow, did you sleep a hundred years like Dornröschen in the fairy tale? Signum is/was a program for the Atari computer (Rest in Peace).
Nowadays we use Truetype fonts or Type1 or Open Type.
Freeware seldom have more than the normal alphabet. Commercial fonts have many special characters. And if you are ready to invest some money you can buy Unicode fonts, they have sometimes more than 60,000 characters.
