1 matches view forum post #6983 I can help you find one but realize that that does not really solve your problem - UNLESS you are the ONLY ONE using that spreadsheet and the ONLY ONE printing it. Anyone else, not having the font installed will still see and print the original lower case letters as lowercase letters. Why not do it the proper way? Export your spreadsheet as a comma delimited txt file. Open that txt file in Word. In Word select all and choose Format>Change Case>UPPERCASE. Save the file as a txt file. In your spreadsheet program choose File>Open. Select Text file. Choose Delimited >next >choose comma (only comma) >Finish. All you may have to do is readjust the column with, save as spreadsheet file and Bob's your uncle.
1 matches view forum post #16047 You could try Helvetica Inserat, Anzeigen Grotesk, Impact, Compacta, Hattenschweiler or one of the Knockout weights of Hoefler+Frere-Jones.

1 matches view forum post #20068 Cassius seems to be in a Futura Heavy, Clay in a condensed grotesque-ish as Dog Track. Maybe the Alternate Gothic from Elsner+Flake? I suppose you could find some amusement using a couple of the Hoefler & Frere-Jones typefaces: namely the Knockout and the Champion Gothic. That wonderful Biscayne I suppose it belongs to the Golden Days of Hand-Lettering.
1 matches view forum post #7693 How do you add attachments to posts? I tried to do it like it says in the FAQ's but the picture never showed up in the post, either in the preview or when I submitted the post. It was a .bmp file, and I also tried a .txt file as well but no luck.
1 matches view forum post #10279 Very good advices, dear KKat, although this HAS TO BE a shot in the blue sky. Another shot and 20 cents from me: Don't take common fonts, which are seen in 95% of all cases. Have a look at, for example, the library of Hoefler & Frere-Jones or the wonderful sans or serif-typefaces of the dutchtypelibrary.com. A unique company deserves a unique face. [OT] I'm out of office for two weeks, dear people. So I won't login not regularly. Have fun.
1 matches view forum post #26457 Hey guys, Trying to identify this font that has been done for the SilverHawks Baseball Club. Can anyone tell me what the "SilverHawks" font is? Have looked through a truckload of fonts but cannot identify it. Anyone able to help? Appreciated. (Sorry, but this is the only image of the txt I have) Thanks!
1 matches view forum post #22033 Actually i noticed that you are referring to a readme file in your copyright fields, but it isn't there. My guess is that you uploaded just the new font file but that erases all previously uploaded files, including readme.txt. So if you'd like to have both up here you need to zip them and upload the zip.
1 matches view forum post #10967 Do Newspaper-typefaces count? And for example Hoefler&Frere-Jones have worked with a huge amount of magazines developing their custom fonts. Just for a start. I'm not aware of a site which gathers informations like this. But if you have found one (which I doubt) please inform us, thanks.
