What's the subject about? Well, 'Corvinus Skyline' (at Agfa.com), or 'Skyline Bold Condensed' (at MyFonts.com, ...) is the name of the font Guns N' Roses used on the Use Your Illusion albums and on "The Spaghetti Incident?". The font exists of great long letters. I'm NOT looking for the Onyx BT, Ultra Slim, Edition or the NIrvana font. Those fonts aren't the same.
Can anyone help me get this font for free? If anyone has it at home or uses it at work, ... please let me know. I'm currently working on a Guns N' Roses fanpage and would like to use the font.

[quote:5937d8c65e="islandbhoi"]the geneva font. Can anyone suggest a close facsimile.[/quote:5937d8c65e]
First I thought this can not be true. But for a whole day nothing happened. Thus, OK, everyone has had the chance to shoot but nobody took it. So here we go.
You want a facsimile of a clone? Or just any clone? Or the Real Thing?
The clue is in the name: mother is Helvetica. Clones, amongst many, MANY!!!, others are swiss721 and geneva. Comes in 2 versions, one for PC and one for Mac. Slightly different.The Mac version can be found here http://www.pa.msu.edu/ftp/pub/misc/tek-phaser/ttfonts/
There is even a clone named bern! How imaginative clone makers are! But the worst of all, if you don't mind the minuscule differences;
THE ARIAL,
redrawn for screen - like the Times New Roman - but - like the Times New Roman - unfit for print - to say the least (Kat's humble opinion).
So search no further. You've got it. Unless, like all of us, you are waiting for the Emmenthaler.

Since the release of Red October in 2004 (or earlier) I've spotted some unlicensed commercial use of it and the funny fact is that the smaller the venture is the most likely is that they contact me and ask if I grant them a license for commercial use. But big guns obviously think that a largely unknown Bulgarian designer won't have the power to protect his rights and decide to act without my grant for use of the typeface. Thank to some nice people over the internet I have been informed that the brand new Rihanna (yes, that Rihanna) single uses my Red October on the cover. Here it is:

I know some of you already experienced this, especially Lauren with Payless. I want to ask if you guys have any advices for me.
Not to mention the previous case with the REPO: a Genetic Opera movie and again Red October unlicensed use.

Of course, I don't think I'd won any battles with DefJam...but just in case, what should I do?
