 Eek! Freestyler - man - you've got a tricky one here. Firstly I'll assume it's the "Miramax" font you're looking for rather than the "Home Entertainment" one underneath (the HE one is Helvetica Condensed).
The obvious first choice would be Gill Sans Extra Bold or one of it's clones (http://www.myfonts.com/fonts/linotype/gill-sans/ultra-bold/testdrive.html?s=MIRAMAX&p=48), but as you'll see from the sample the right leg of the "R" is all wrong, and the proportions of the "M"s are a little off too. If you have some kind of vector-graphics program - Macromedia FreeHand or Adobe Illustrator for example - then the "M"s could easily be adjusted and the leg of the "R" replaced. The only other font I could find that you might be able to use is Tschichold Bold (http://www.myfonts.com/fonts/presencetypo/tschichold/tschicholdbold/testdrive.html?s=MIRAMAX&p=48) which, as you can see, is much finer than the letterforms used for the Miramax logo but has a closer match to the leg of the "R". However, once again, you could use FreeHand or similar to convert the text to a path and then inset the path so it widens as much as you need it.
If you don't have access to a vector-graphics editor, then there is one other possibility. You can find another font of a similar weight to Gill Sans Extra Bold with a more suitable "R" character and marry the two together.
The major problem with recreating these letterforms exactly is than so few fonts exist with "M" characters where the centre drops significantly above the baseline. It's pretty much Gill Sans (or a clone) and not much else.

 I really like this font, it's got all of the nice features of Myriad, but a little softer (notice the slopes). And it's a nice weight, slightly lighter than a Myriad Black.
I tried Identifont, but it came up with ITC Legacy, which is definitely not it :-).
